You could spend hours trying to locate all unnecessary or unneeded files on your hard drive so they can be deleted, more so when you are not 100% sure on what you are doing.
running out of disk space. Thankfully there are applications available out there to help us delete unwanted files that may reside in folders such as Temporary Internet Files, Temp and cookie. Microsoft Windows even comes with Disk Cleanup, an easy to use utility that scans various locations on your hard drive so unwanted files can be deleted.

The average computer user doesn’t keep track on how and where data is placed on their computer hard drive, actually they tend not to even think about it. Assisting employees to better computer data management is easier said than done and by the time a company gets round to even considering educating staff it can be too late.
